... for Thursday, December 11, at Vivo's in Bellevue (565 Lincoln Ave.). I figure we'll start things at 6:30. The price will be $20 per person, and we will have the party room downstairs.
For those that missed our April meeting at Vivo's, it was a blast. Sam, the chef and owner, treated us fantastic and had a great time himself. While there are no official stewards for the meeting, everyone is encouraged to bring something along; I'll have a few kegs in tow. Since it is a BYOB establishment, interesting commercial beers are more than welcome. We'll also have a "Secret Santa", where you bring in a wrapped bottle or sixpack and take someone else's home with you.
I'd like to give Sam a general idea about headcount, so please RSVP to me here at TRASH Talk, via email (clmeta@comcast.net) or by phone/text (412-559-7046) in the next two weeks. As always, spread the word to members who may not keep up with TRASH Talk/newsletter/emails. Spouses, significant others and prospective members are also encouraged to attend. Let's bring a righteous end to 2008 (and my presidency)!

From the North: 279 south, Bellevue/Westview exit. Left at the end of the exit. Go to the intersection of California Avenue. Turn left onto California Avenue, we are in the third block on the right.
From the South: Take 79 North, Emsworth/Sewickly Exit. Go left towards Emsworth. This will put you onto Route 65 or Ohio River Boulevard. Stay on this road until you see a McDonald’s Restaurant on your right. Make a left onto Riverview Road. After you make this left, you must make an immediate left again. Stay on this road till you reach the first traffic light. Make a right at this light onto Lincoln Avenue. We are in the second block on your right.
From the East: Take 276 towards the city. Go over the Veterans Bridge, and take 279 North. Exit onto Bellevue/Westview. Left at the end of the exit. Go to the intersection of California Avenue. Turn left onto California Avenue. We are in the third block on the right.
From the West: Over the Sewickley Bridge, towards Sewickley. At the end of the bridge, make a right onto Route 65. Follow Route 65 till you see the McDonalds Restaurant on your right. Make a left onto Riverview Road. After you make this left, you must make an immediate left again. Stay on this road till you reach the first traffic light. Make a right at this light onto Lincoln Avenue. We are in the second block on your right.
