Honey B

Ingredients:
5 gal water
6.5 lbs. light dry malt extract
3 lbs. honey
4 oz. Cascade hops
Wyeast 1272
3/4 cup corn sugar for priming

Step by Step:
* Bring one gal water to boil
* Add extract, honey, and 2 oz. Cascade hops
* Boil 50 minutes.
* Add 1oz Cascade hops and boil 10 more minutes
* Add 1oz Cascade hops at flame out
* Total boil is 60 minutes.
* Cool wort, bring to 5 gallons
* Pitch yeast when wort cools.
* Rack twice before kegging.
