Ingredients:
• 3 lbs. North Western weizenle malt extract
• 3 lbs. North Western extra light malt extract
• 0.5 lb. flaked corn
• 1 lbs. rice syrup solids (ID Carlson)
• 1.75 lbs. six-row barley (crushed)
• 1.5 oz. Cascade hops (5% alpha acid)
• European lager yeast

Step by Step:
* Steep grains and corn in 2 gal. of 150° F water for 30 min.
* Remove grains and corn
* Bring to boil.
* Add 1 oz. of hops, the extracts and rice syrup.
* Boil 60 minutes.
* Add 0.5 oz. of hops
* Force cool
* Add remaining water
* Pitch yeast
