Ingredients:
* 5 gal water
* 14 lbs Honey
* 2 pacs Lalvin EC-1118 Yeast
* 1 ¼ oz Crosby & Baker Raspberry Flavoring

Step by Step:
* Bring 2 gals water to 150 f
* Stir in 14 lbs Honey
* Return heat to 160 f for 15 min
* Remove from heat
* Add water to make 5 gals.
* Pitch yeast.
* After three weeks rack and flavor with Raspberry flavoring
* wait another week and keg
* Prime with corn sugar.
