Good morning and Happy Holidays!
I am brand new to homebrewing and just brewed my very first batch yesterday. Its an extract and specialty grain English Brown Ale. The airlock is bubbling and I am highly optimistic...its going to be a long couple weeks as I stare at the fermenter in anticipation; already planning my next batch.
I've been reading over your website and I'm anxious to attend a meeting and join. Just curious if there are any details in the works for a January 2013 meeting? I'll keep checking the site for updates.
