Boil 2# light DME and 1 ounce of Styrian Golding hops for an hour in ~2 gallons of water.
Add 2# corn sugar & Yeast nutrients with 15 minutes left
Chill to 68F
Bending with ~3 gallons of cider
OG = 1.074 & Yeast = WYeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity Yeast
